7. Data Retention

• Active account data: Maintained while account is active
• Authentication tokens: Stored until logout or extension removal
• Cache data: Temporary storage for performance
• User preferences: Stored until extension uninstall
• Tag data: Maintained until manually deleted or account closure
• Google Calendar tokens: Deleted when you disconnect Google Calendar or revoke access in your Google account
• Booked call records: Kept while your account is active. They hold no guest names or guest emails.

8. Children's Privacy

The Extension is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this privacy policy periodically. Users will be notified of significant changes through the extension or email.

15. Google Calendar Data

This section applies only if you connect Google Calendar to Skoot.

What we access

• Read only access to your Google Calendar events. We never create, change, or delete anything on your calendar.
• Your Google account email, so you can see which account is connected.
• We do not read event titles, descriptions, notes, or attachments.

What we store

• Encrypted access tokens, so we can keep reading your calendar.
• For each event that looks like a booked call: the event id, when it was booked, when the call starts, and whether it was cancelled.
• Guest names and emails are compared in memory to the members you messaged. They are never stored.

How we use it

• Count how many calls were booked after a message you sent.
• Show you which message wording led to booked calls.
• We do not use Google data for ads. We do not sell it. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers that run Skoot, and only so Skoot works.
• We never send Google Calendar data to any AI or machine learning service. We never use it to build, train, or improve AI or machine learning models, ours or anyone else's. The matching described above is plain code, not a model.

Your control

• Disconnect any time from Skoot, or from your Google account permissions page. Disconnecting deletes your tokens right away.
• Booked call records stay while your account is active. They hold no guest names or guest emails.

Skoot's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
